Sam Eliopoulos

Support Coordinator - Melbourne Metro

I have been working in the disability sector for over 10 years. I started working as a Vocational Trainer/Assessor in the Employment Services/Disability sector, facilitating, and supporting various disability groups with their people skills, confidence, and employability opportunities.

Since early 2020, I have been working as a NDIS Support Coordinator, where I have supported participants with various disabilities to help them achieve their goals using their NDIS plan.

My experience with supporting people with the NDIS is both a professional and personal one. I have two family members who are on the NDIS, and I see every day how much this support allows them to live their best lives.

Both my professional and personal experiences provide me with a greater understanding of what people with a disability need and I can impart that knowledge to all my participants.

I am also a very caring, empathetic and passionate person who enjoys helping people improve their lives, reach their full potential and maintain their independence both at home and in the community.

Outside of work, I love going to the footy, walking my two dogs (Patrick and Hamilton) and going on holidays with my wife, both in Australia and overseas.
