I chose to be a Support Coordinator because of my passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals. At Future Focus, I find fulfillment in a supportive environment that values participant-centred care and empowerment. My strongest skills lie in empathy and problem-solving, crucial in understanding unique needs and navigating challenges effectively.

With over seven years in the disability sector and specific experience in support coordination, I bring extensive qualifications including a Certificate IV in Disability and a Diploma in Community Services. My expertise spans centre-based programs and a robust network in Melbourne's western suburbs, making me well-suited to connect participants with vital resources.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, friends, and my 2-year-old Labrador, Eddie. I find joy in nature, home-cooking, and planning for my upcoming wedding! I look forward to contributing to Future Focus’ mission, and supporting meaningful outcomes for our participants.
