I am a Support Coordinator at Future Focus Support Coordination, based in the Bendigo/Loddon region. With a background in Mental Health Nursing and extensive experience in acute care, I specialize in supporting individuals with both physical and psychosocial disabilities. My career has been shaped by a passion for helping others navigate challenges and thrive within their community. Through my previous role as a Discharge Planner at SJOG, I developed strong skills in coordinating services and supports to help individuals transition back into the community with independence and confidence.
