Meagan Hadley

Support Coordinator - Loddon Region

I started my career working as a Mental Health Support Worker while completing my Diploma in Community Services in 2023. I have supported participants both Physical and Psychosocial disabilities and have assisted them through the maze of daily life. The experience I gained from this position was rewarding and gave me insight in making the jump into Support Coordination.

I decided to become a Support Coordinator to have a stronger impact on those living with a physical and Mental Health disability, to help them reach their full potential in life and to accomplish their goals, to live the best life possible. I enjoy seeing the participants celebrating their achievements no matter how big or small.

I believe that every person, no matter who they are or what they stand for, deserves to be treated with respect, to be treated fairly, to be happy and most of all to have a voice.
