Jenna Gordon
Support Coordinator - Perth
I hold a degree in Sociology and a diploma in nursing, and for over 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a registered nurse in various settings, with a focus on community-based care. Throughout my career, I’ve supported a wide range of individuals and families through life-changing challenges, particularly in the disability sector. This experience has deepened my passion for promoting independence, equality, and education, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to live their best life, no matter their circumstances.
At Future Focus Support Coordination, I’m proud to align with values that emphasise empowering individuals, fostering independence, and promoting inclusion. My background in nursing and community support allows me to take a holistic approach, working alongside individuals and their families to navigate the challenges they face and create tailored solutions that match their unique needs.
I’m known for being kind, friendly, approachable, and compassionate—qualities I bring to every interaction. I take the time to actively listen, show empathy, and answer questions to help others feel supported and informed. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my chocolate labrador called Bear, who is always there to brighten my day!
