I’ve been working in the disability sector since 2019, beginning as Psychosocial Disability Support Worker before transitioning to Support Coordination in 2023. As an outgoing, and creative person with a passion for helping others, Support Coordination is a natural fit for me, and I feel very lucky to be a part of the Future Focus team, alongside dedicated, supportive, and knowledgeable colleagues.

I believe in the value of collaboration and shared knowledge, and I continuously work to build and maintain meaningful relationships not only with my customers, but also with their care teams and support networks, to support them to achieve their individual goals and live the life they want to live.

In addition to my practical experience, I hold a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Alcohol and Other Drugs. My studies have given me a sound understanding of disability and mental health, and their impacts, and I draw on this knowledge daily in my role.

Outside of work you can find me hanging out with my husband and our two greyhounds, dabbling in some sort of artistic project, or zipping around a track on eight wheels playing roller derby.
