Support Coordinator - Goulburn Region

Hello! My name is Elyse, and I am a Support Coordinator for Future Focus Group. I have completed a degree in General Nursing and have gained work experience in the healthcare system over a diverse number of roles, my latest being emergency care where I gained experience working with various presenting issues including psychosocial and physical disability and helping those people navigate society. 

I am passionate about listening to and supporting people's stories and goals, and strive to provide a compassionate, respectful, and knowledgeable service to those requiring a unique and tailored approach to support their needs and build a fulfilling life. I am available to those in The Greater Shepparton area, The Shire of Campaspe and The Shire of Moira. It is an honor to witness human strength, resilience and providing a respectful and dignifying journey.  

That is the reason I became a part of Future Focus Support Coordination as a Support Coordinator. I strive to proactively assist my clientele with choice and support to navigate and motivate a fulfilling, independent life.
