Emma Luff

Support Coordinator - Perth

I hold a Diploma in Community Services and am currently advancing my qualifications through a Bachelor of Social Work. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience across diverse sectors, working with some of the most vulnerable members of our community. My focus has always been on empowering individuals to regain control over their lives, support them in making informed decisions, and foster their independence and confidence in daily activities.

I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and religions. This experience has not only enriched my ability to form genuine, individual connections but has also deepened my understanding of the unique needs of each person I work with.

With a strong understanding of the significant impacts that mental health and disability can have on an individual’s daily life, I leverage my skills in communication, active listening, and collaboration to guide clients toward achieving their fullest potential.

I am committed to a person-centered approach, empowering participants to lead independent, meaningful, and fulfilling lives through the support I provide.
