Support Coordinator - Goulburn Region

I am a passionate and dedicated Support Coordinator with 9 years of experience supporting people with diverse disabilities. My journey into this field was driven by my desire to provide compassionate and person-centered support, something I felt was missing in many cases I encountered as a support worker. Through my experience, both as a professional and as a parent of a child with an NDIS plan, I’ve developed a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities participants and their families face, while trying to navigate their NDIS plans and organise the supports that maybe required. I’m committed to empowering each individual I work with to ensure they have choice and control to make informed decisions about their own life while achieving their goals.

In my role at Future Focus Support Coordination, I take pride in adopting a holistic approach to support coordination, thinking creatively to help participants achieve their goals and expand their boundaries in a safe and empowering environment. I guide participants through challenges while fostering independence, self-confidence, and personal growth. My deep connection to the Goulburn Valley community enables me to link participants with local resources and opportunities, strengthening their support network. With my Diploma in Community Services, I am dedicated to utilizing my skills to create positive and empowering outcomes that enhance the overall well-being of the individuals I support.
